ABOUT THE TOURNAMENT

The Superfinal of SCO and BRICS countries is an international chess competition held in both online and offline formats, bringing together top players from SCO and BRICS nations. The tournament follows a Swiss system with 9 rounds and is open to various age groups.

Participants will receive certificates, trophies, medals, and valuable prizes. Online participation is open to all; registration is available on the myChess.app platform.

HOW TO REGISTER

Sign up at myChess.app to access the next-generation chess platform. Registration is mandatory for online participation in the Superfinal.

OFFLINE PARTICIPATION

Offline participation is by invitation only, based on the results of qualifying stages. Invitations are extended to winners of regional tournaments, finalists of industry-specific selections, and delegations from SCO and BRICS countries.

Organizers will cover travel, accommodation, and cultural programs. To confirm participation, send an email to superfinal@mychess.app by June 10, 2025.

REGULATIONS

System

Swiss system with 9 rounds. Participants do not get eliminated but are paired with opponents having similar scores in each round, ensuring fair matchups and identifying the strongest players.
Control

Each player has 10 minutes per game, plus a 5-second increment per move, promoting dynamic yet high-quality play.
Formats

Offline: Held in Moscow (Luzhniki), by invitation and based on qualifying results.
Online: Available to all registered players on myChess.app.
Anti-Cheating Measures

All games are subject to anti-cheating protocols in line with FIDE standards, including game analysis, video monitoring (for online games), and the right of arbiters to annul results in case of violations.
